3. User Conduct
While using Kaami, you agree that you will NOT:
- Display nudity, sexual content, or engage in sexually explicit behavior on camera
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
- Record, screenshot, or distribute other users' video/audio without consent
- Solicit money, personal information, or engage in scams
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.
4. Reporting & Moderation
Users can report inappropriate behavior during or after a call. Accounts that receive multiple reports may be automatically restricted or banned. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove access to any user without prior notice.
5. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Kaami offers optional paid plans (Day Pass, Month Pass) that unlock additional features such as gender filtering, HD video, and an ad-free experience. All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team.
